Yeah, America’s death row is really detering everyone into a life of Christian civility.
Much easier if we released our lesser offending female prison population, consolidated their places, and converted some of those wings / blocks / prisons to house male offenders. I’m sure it’s trickier than that, but as the average prison build is three years, they need to get something cooking in the mind wok.
