zackster One of my fav home listeners. As I have KLANGED out a few too many times, I once partied with Andy Horseface and Nick Warren. Andy asked me who I’d like to see on GU, and I said Wink. He said he tried to get this comp for it but Wink insisted on the US release being a Profound Sounds. The UK release was as a MOS comp. Could have been total BS, but I relish the story regardless.
Dan zackster I once read that Wink has never done drugs. I don’t trust DJ’s who’ve never got involved. His Thoughts of a Tranced love is my wife’s favourite track.

zackster Digweed can’t hold a candle to Wink. Neither as Dj nor a producer. Suspect old John would agree as he laps up everything Josh puts out.
zackster Higher State went Silver, which is some accomplishment for a Dj produced club record. Also, Wink held down a Twilo night off his own merit. John needed to hitch his wagon to Sasha’s star to get in the door.
Cankles-McJeggings Smallman1 Two Brits had to put twilo on the map for them and spoon feed them progressive dance music that they still hang off to this day. The resident at the time, a raging minceacle, tried to derail them by unplugging the sound system 🤣 Most people wouldn’t care if wink never wrote another one of his monotonous shite ever again. Infact most would probably have never even heard of him.
