Sooner we get to a āLayer Cake introā type setup for drugs the better. Thought by my ripe old age things would have changed after the late 80s/90s explosion in recreational use. Crazy I could go out now and buy two bottles of Scotch and drink myself to oblivion, start a fight, collapse and get the poor old NHS to pick up the billā¦ā¦but if I wanted to buy a joint id risk getting arrested/lose my job/career etc .

IndustryStandard Iāve no idea about MDMA microdosing, Iām sure itāll be a thing as it is also psychedelic.
Binge drinking is the oddest thing theyāre allowing to happen now Iāve had my eyes opened. I guess its too profitable. Having seen first hand 2 relatives die from alcoholism warned countless times unable to stop it, it was a proper eye opener.
Regarding the relatives who passed away, a doctor 10 years ago said to us Alcohol addiction is such a strange one they still canāt figure out because its unlike most drug addictions - if youāve drank for 20 years you could not be an alcoholic that entire time but on the 21st or 25th year or whatever random time, once the addiction has started, the āinvisible switchā in the body is flipped permanently to āonā, so if/when you want to sort your life out and go sober you can never go back to alcohol ājust for oneā because no matter when you have it āoneās too many, ten is not enoughā. Friends usually never get this and are like āits my birthday in August weāll have a couple thenā

Yet Iāve seen someone who had a genuine coke problem for two decades have therapy, stop for years, yet a few years ago had herself a G on one special occasion, and never touched it again - not even bothered.
Soon enough some of it will be legal if not all of it and the government can make some money from it. Itāll stop wasting so much police resource.
I enjoyed shrooms whilst in Amsterdam and College. I canāt imagine doing them again? Especially if youāve a toddler or your driving the next day.

Dan Wouldnāt be doing those holiday / college sized doses around family like. But driving next day wouldnāt be an issue if you did - its over in 4 to 6 hours and you donāt get a hangover unless youāre mixing other things.
Microdosing you can do whenever you like it doesnāt get you high.
