The Kohli captaincy debacle bit us in the ass. Big Ro covid, KL injured. Second innings was erratic and unnecessarily confident. Choking you on time was the only answer, 378 never looked enough.

That bring said besides Jonny B and Root’s genius, Lees and Crawley did us in. Game over after that partnership. Three wickets did open up some hope, but not much.

The T20 and ODI series victory on British soil means nothing to me, but I did take some pleasure in absolutely ruining Jos’ captaincy.
