Dubman Was there for the entirety of the 2007 ODI series played in India. India won a pretty tight series 3-2. 2nd game was on the night of my 30th birthday (but that’s a whole different story) which Pakistan won by 4 wickets on the last ball. Watching that in a beach bar in Goa was fucking tremendous. The game I watched in the cabbies’ bar in Agra wasn’t as close, but was absolutely incredible to be a part of the local lads watching it.

Whenever we’ve played predominantly Indian teams they have always had a profound hatred for opposing predominantly Pakistani teams - and been overly keen to ‘discuss’ in the bar after.
Same occurred the other way round to be fair, but was always expressed less intensely, and not in a bar.
Which is nice
Some start by England - needed that. Anything under 200 after yesterday would be a massive bonus. I do hope we can bat for a day and bit after that.
