This mix might need to be further down the track - found mixing breaks without a sync button really quite hard and needed to loop a hell of lot to buy me more time. Think I’m probably better off getting more practice in with standard beats before I embark.

alistair I remember Sasha dropping this towards the end of the album launch in Sankeys on a Thursday night. He literally had the entire room pogoing.

      mono-stereo

Probably unpopular opinion, but that era of Sasha might be my fav. Around 2002; after Airdrawndagger. This La Locomotive set still bangs and that L&B “Hello Again” breaks track, which I guess he’s the only one with a copy of, is excellent. Would love to know track #4 if anyone knows it.

      EDIT:

jonattonyeah One of a several fertile periods. His last one was the Scene delete album and live shows which were top notch for those lucky enough to catch them.

jonattonyeah 4. Sounds like DJ Gordon’s ‘Moonshineboogie’
        20 - Mindfunk - Shokt (Jamez Remix)
        22 - Mindfunk - Freaky Shit

          SM001 DJ Gordon’s ‘Moonshineboogie’

          You machine.

It sounds different but super similar. Just a tweak here and there. But that’s some tremendous work, SM. Been curious about that track for ages now.

jonattonyeah I’m not convinced it is to be honest. Sounds like a Dominica production.
