It’s the same with next door neighbour. Both parents are on sickness benefits and pip. He’s off with a bad back & I’m not sure what she has. He picked up a brand new Nissan Quashki before Christmas. I have no idea whether or not he’s played the system but I remember when my dear mum was alive she was allowed to get a blue badge. The paperwork was very complicated and after she died my dad was paranoid he’d get in trouble until he sent it back
