I’ve never been to South America so can’t comment. I’m not overly keen on Mexican food. But I’ve only had the normal stuff you get here. I’m sure it Is tasty though.

Ah, good suggestion above. Poutine is great. Never been to Canada, but there was a Canadian spit-and-sawdust gaff in Beijing called The Box which was superb.
