      yes mate!. im 5 minutes from old leigh been here for about 7 years after moving from north chingford.. still with jo.. we are getting married next june. poor cow. god bless her. i’ve had a near brush with death but the prog pulled me through!

      Talking of near death experiances..

      I remember there was a programme on radio one years ago about life changing records.. they interviewed this bloke about this track. ..

      he was in a coma following a bad car accident… he’s mates were playing tapes to him while he was in that coma…

      when he woke he said that he had to live, to stay alive because of this record . While he slept in an induced coma he said he had to wake up and survive for this track . the breakdown at 4mins 50n seconds gave him the will to live..

        The only thing that kept me alive in hospital was Jo going on about sweet meat canapes for our wedding while i lay in a chemical induced stupor with a carcinogenic medicine ball groiter growing out of my face. god i love her.

                  i love allan wells.. what a sprinter.. a machine.. the scots back then were magic. Cameron sharpe and drew mcmaster 10 second sprinters in the early 80’s!
