Judging from the instagram post he made not that long ago it sounds like he might have also got caught out a bit by the Argentinian winter.

Smallman1 I’ll be amazed if anyone thinks flying 2 weeks after being hospitalised for pneumonia is a good idea. Assuming he’s discharged, playing half a 5 hr set is not the problem, it’s the flight risk- lower cabin pressure/ low oxygen levels, risk of DVT/ PE is much higher as you’re still in a pro- inflammatory state and probably dehydrated. I suspect he’ll be resting in LA if he leaves hospital in the near future.

If this is a result of all the years traveling, and he decides to knock it on the head. Is there a market for him to be playing a 8 hour live set from his bunker set up at home, which is exclusively video linked to a club in South America? I get the impression some of the fan boys would still love that, especially if that’s the only way to see him anymore.
