Lol, they do work. Deutsche Welle even describes them below as having been “crucial” for Ukrainian forces and Politico call them “a lifeline in the fight against Russia”.
As per the FT article there have indeed been some reports by soldiers of there being a few outages - but these have generally been in inimited instances when they’d advanced eastwards in to previously Russian-controlled fronts where network access had been limited to prevent Russian interference, and there hadn’t yet been the time to switch them over to reflect the changed situation on the ground.
It’s pathetic how much your ideological dislike clouds your judgement.
