Homegrove there are no rules in someone replying to someone elseâs twitter post. You could reply to it if you want. Itâs just that most of the many posts which might be made in such a scenario are ignored.
Also, âhaving a sayâ implies actually being involved in or having an influence on something - making a troll post on twitter doesnât necessarily have mean you have actually have any influence on anything. Again, you could make some silly comment on twitter aimed at Musk or anyone else, but it doesnât necessarily mean you actually have any influence on whatever it is youâre talking about.
Finally, if you donât think he should âhave any sayâ in this conflict, then would you rather he withdrew the Starlink internet access heâs given to Ukrainians?!
