Teslas pretty much have top-tier safety ratings across the board.
Teslas also have better range than pretty much any EV apart from some Mercs.

Anyway, Tesla already has autopilot and elements of self-driving. Haven’t you been keen on posting lots of videos trying to claim Tesla’s self-driving is causing crashes lol?!?! So does it exist or doesn’t it?! Its current capabilities are already fairly advanced, so what was said in a 6 year-old tech demo (however true this supposed claim is btw) doesn’t seem that relevant to what they can offer now and in future.

It’s not the same “levels of fraud” as per your quote, even if completely true. For it to have been the same his cars would have to not even be capable of being driven, not just have one aspect of it only partly functioning.
