Club has some deep rooted issues that will take a while to work out. One manager, player, exec can’t change that on their own, you’d have to be stupid to think so.

Add to that, consistently winning is statistically unpossible (unless you’re backed by a cheating sovereign wealth fund or a giraffe necked humanoid), so expectations need managing.

It is what it is, will be interesting to see how it pans out.

                alistair Three teams Hugo thought he would be a great signing, as I recall.

                  I have been shocked by how poor Zirkzee has been so far. I know Serie A isn’t great but he was voted best young player in the league last season.

                  Maybe he’s not fully fit or something, but at the moment he looks like a half-decent footballer trying to play while stuck inside a fancy dress costume.
