            alistair my point was also less results based. Anyone going to Real will only ever be a Real footnote. You can get more footballing adulation from other clubs if that is what you want. But yeah, I appreciate he might just want silverware, so, yeah, join the richest club in a shit league.

                Amps just because he’s home grown doesn’t mean he has to stay at Liverpool forever. That’s just blinkered. I’d rather say farewell, it was great while it lasted. At least he’s not going to a prem rival

                      alistair I don’t think that at all. His being local has no baring on it. And my thoughts on players going to Real or Barca are are for all players not just Liverpool ones.

                      I’d even say the same for anyone going to Chelsea, or City, why go to somewhere with giant revolving door squads. I know the answer is money, but…

                        He may have to be patient. I can’t see Carvajal stepping aside without a fight. They may change their system to accommodate both.
