This can’t be good for Everton. Not being able to finance the new stadium via selling the old one. Obviously shows the property value in that area is not worth it (insert Liverpool joke here), but accepting women’s football get a 40k capacity stadium when they prob get not far off a 10th of that as a crowd is madness.
