If there’s to be a new manager we could do with someone who gets our actual footballers playing. By that I mean people with football intelligence, not cunts like Pogba who are skilful but haven’t got what it takes upstairs.
Next time you get chance, watch the likes of Sancho and even Donnie closely. Watch how they close people down with an awareness of trying to make the angles as difficult as possible for the man on the ball. Watch how they look for space whilst all the while looking around for their next option.
I’d like to see a united side where those kind of players are allowed to play, take some initiative, use their footballing brains
