It will also include the “new material” which came to light - people choose to ignore that bit time and again because it doesn’t suit the narrative they’ve built up.

It doesn’t though, or else the CPS could still prosecute.
People talk as if what was released is proof enough of crimes having taken place, but the reality is those people are having to use a lot of their imagination to actually jump to that conclusion, considering what there actually was and the limited amount of information it actually contains. It was more innuendo than useful evidence, but lots of people are stupid, suggestible and reactive, and lapped up the inferences it was designed to suggest.
baggers44 until at least the player or his lawyers explain what was going on in those moments in a way which is convincing. Why does he have to do that ?
That will have likely already been done to the police and CPS. He’ll likely speak out in public before he returns as well.
