Lampard being such a shit manager is a great enigma. The guy’s intelligent, both on and off the field*, and clearly has leadership skills from his years as a captain (and being selected as a captain in the first place).

But there it is, plain as day: utterly shit as a manager. Set up his Everton team to play like I would if playing Championship Manager ’92-93.
