Initially I thought Liverpool fans were being a massive pain in the arse and too relentless over this VAR fuck up.
But discussing it in the pub last night, I got an unexpected perspective from a West Brom fan, who basically said he supported those kicking up a massive fuss, because in his words âVAR is fucking the game up, Iâm against it, it slows everything down, referees take it as a risk free option more and more so they donât have to be accountable, so if we are going to use it they had better fucking get it right.â And it got quite a lot of agreement.
I didnât realise so many people are massively against VAR and think it has turned the game to shit.
