Yeh worst bit of business ever.
General Football Nonsense
Isn’t Sterling on something like 300 grand a week and wanting more though? It’s not unreasonable to do a cost benefit analysis and probably conclude he’s not worth the half a mill a week he’s probably been asking for.
Cankles-McJeggings Yeh worst bit of business ever.
We’re not talking about Big Rom Derm.
Need a striker for sure, but getting Sterling in his prime is still a win. As for Koulibaly, great in Serie A… Looks at Big Rom. Do think he’ll be a good addition though and maybe Kounde next.
Ake from what I’m reading Blain.
Oh yes, Ake lol. I forgot. Dermo can use this as another example of a great bit of business.
alistair City are nuts to let him to go to Chelsea in his prime.
Perhaps they’ve just realised they don’t like rats?
Didn’t Liverpool put in an offer?
“According to reports”…….
I have purchased my season ticket for next season!
We go again!
26th consecutive season, did someone say minerals?!
It was good Dave, it meant that I could see us when we were average which made the last 10 years of non stop trophy winning that much better.
Hope that helps!
Had to move seats.
Still paid £1.5k.

Chelsea were not really ‘average’ 26 years ago. In 1996-97, they ended 6th and won the FA Cup with a team that included Roberto Di Matteo, Gianfranco Zola, Frank Lebeouf, Gianluca Vialli (ageing, but still made 34 appearances and scored 11 goals) and Dan Petrescu (95 caps for Romania).
The following season they were very much in the title race up until game 26 of 38, when they slumped from 2nd to 4th, where they would end. Oh, and they won the European Cup Winners’ Cup.
More fibs, Smallman?
Dave’s got Hugo’s Into The Weeditis!
Dave, you’re not supposed to say that. Chelsea were shit until Abramovich… Stick to the script ffs
