Been written off as yesterday’s man by most people, lost his place in the starting 11 and not as effective etc. Been quite a bit of it. Been a great player for the reds and showing he can quite clearly still do a job. Will be a poorer squad if he does leave. Love the guy!

Liverpool were founded by John Houlding, a Protestant minister, but they’re not a Protestant club. I know plenty of Catholics who support Liverpool and Protestants who support Everton.

Not like in Birmingham, where Villa are definitely a Catholic club and BCFC are for the Protestants.
