Klopp seems to me to be a stellar bloke with a huge ability to add value to a team. all teams get old and players decline and lose the motivational edge - the way to stop that is progressive introduction of fresh blood - but its very hit and miss unless you have unlimited resources and can essentially pick the up and coming best players in the world rather than rolling the dice on a few which might or might not cut it at the highest level. you have had a good run and will come again…..

Nobody ever accepts that teams can maybe just be in the middle of a good/bad run. It’s always either the beginning or end of something. Take Forest as an example. Woeful team, bankers to go down. But beat Liverpool and all of a sudden they have turned a corner, they are finally gelling etc. They were bloody terrible against Liverpool, we were just worse!

Nowadays I literally turn the game on 10 seconds before it starts, I mute half time and I dont watch any post match stuff. It’s all noise/nonsense

We were terrible and have now reached the interesting point in a teams demise where the poor results and performances have compounded into a nervousness on the ball that is effecting nearly every player, I assume the next stop on the horror bell curve is on field squabbling? We hardly created a decent chance, and have started to look for mistakes from the opposition instead, not very Klopp. Leeds smelt blood, fair play to them.
