i reckon surely it’s better to keep the fans local because as we know it doesn’t matter where a Liverpool game is, the fans will go to any length to get there and of course travelling great distances isn’t recommended at the moment.

Hursty Fair point, but I reckon far less would travel, especially if they where specifically instructed not too. Having at Goodison means it’s really easy for lots of people to simply walk there, almost no effort required. Keeps the outbreak local I suppose!
