RB Salzburg and RB Leipzig managed to find a way to both be allowed to compete in the Champion’s League according to UEFA, so I’m sure whoever’s involved in Qatar will find some fudge which UEFA would also agree to.

Jules72 how has PSG been a “cock up”? They’ve still won 4 of the last 5 Ligue 1 titles and look set to win it again. Plus they reached the CL final two season ago.
They’re hamstrung by the fact they play in a crap league, and by winning the CL being so incredibly difficult and unpredictable.

SM001 yup. we are doomed. drifting - cut loose by a management team convinced of its own genius , now panicking and terrified of ‘making the wrong move’. the current state of the team is frozen watchfulness. it could change but needs a man with a plan and that looks miles off now. tbf i wd take Rafa for all his foibles because he will not leave the team under any illusions as to who is and is not good enough and who is in charge. burnley nearly did it from a worse position last season but it needs a spark and the conditions are errr damp. in this league you need to be rich or super smart - our directors are neither - it’s the stupidity that bites you in the end.
