Hursty am guessing it’s the players delaying things? Maybe they want to see how it goes with Slot before committing anything. The club would be stupid not doing anything. We could have got £150m for Salah last summer, be a shame to let him go for free now. VVD is at the age they will only offer him 1 year extensions I’m guessing. Mad_Cyril Yeah, i think it works in both ways though. The cautious approach probably sees you getting caught out less on the counter by the better teams and banana skins, and yeah, doesn’t run the entire squad into the ground over the season. I still worry that such a mentality could catch you out in certain games. To beat the cheats you basically need to win every game. We’ll see. Arnie probably knows more about football than me.

Beating * isn’t really a viable aspiration, their strength in depth built on bendy practice, makes them nigh on invincible.

The sooner they get sorted the better, the longer it goes on the more normalised it becomes. Especially as your average BERK takes their cues from the media - who’s silence is deafening
