Agree with you in principle but….
Joe Hart spent hours with my nephew, on a match day whilst@ citeh. Really went out of his way and looked after him personally both before and after the game.
Nephew was young and very seriously ill, fortunately recovered but will remember that day for a long time, despite the elephant drugs he was on.
