I always thought Scott Parker was a lovely footballer

Incredible temperament as a player, cool headed as a manager and an all round gent and family man I believe. Always gave his everything for his country too.
Done well steering them back to the PL.
Cap doffed.
If you look up the definition of ‘journeyman footballer’ in the OED there is a photo of Scott Parker.
Scott Parker was not a wonderful footballer.
Not sure what Flermo is on about.
While an overrated footballer, Parker won footballer of the year, 18 international caps and only played for 6 clubs.
Chelsea moved him on after 10 games as he was absolute dog shit.
We did the same with Salah and De Bryune too so to sum up, I’m having an absolute reg.
Smallman1 To be fair Salah went on to work under the best manager in the world so you can be forgiven on that point!
Arguably Salah made a massive error too. He could have signed for Liverpool and gone straight in the team but he chose Chelsea and struggled to find his feet.
Suspect Salah wanted to live in West London rather than Merseyside which is fair enough.
Smelt the moolah and made his bed - fair play. Can’t fault a man for that.
He would have never blossomed under Mourinho anyway.
Echo He would have never blossomed under Mourinho anyway.
Has anyone? Ever?
Very true.
Drogba. Lampard. Terry.
Smallman1 Duff!
You couldn’t pay me to watch them, especially Frankie The Tory.
It was great watching them win trophy after trophy Amps.
Smallman1 And still none of the footballing world takes you seriously.
Second tier team.
Liverpool getting more press coverage than you even when we were shite.
I’d take you way more seriously if you’d seen your team lift Ole Big Ears Dave.
As in you were there in the stadium.
But you haven’t, making you just another clown with a pastel coloured opinion.
Smallman1 Likewise if you’d seen Timo Maas drop Pounds and Penz in the main room at Cream.
Muscular prog burn, probably delivered in sorbet pink trabs, best go and throw yourself in the sea Ed, try to cool off.
