Thought we had one of these already but couldn’t find it. Maybe I have ezboard amnesia. ANYWAY, give us your recommendations. Currently smashing through these. Damn expensive but proper delicious. Local too, just across the estuary.
They look tasty
Nothing as cool as that, but I am in a Camden Pale Ale phase. On the lager tip, I like my bottles of Morettis
These guys deliver, which is nice: https://www.windmillscraftworks.com/#microbrewery
Enjoying the Hefeweizen.
Am currently drinking this, TREMENDOUS.

New England/Hazy IPAs are winning everything these days. I’ll be 800 pounds by October.

6.8% too.
5 or 6 cans and you’d be rocking and rolling.
I don’t drink beer too often anymore, but when I do, this is my favorite:
Kells77 Just picked this up. Banking on you here, @Kells77
First beer in this thread you can get here. It’s in the cold storage in my nearby supermarket Kelley. I have picked one quite a many hungover Saturday grocery shopping middays.
I dunno why, but I struggle with beer at home, prefer wine and cider. I suspect it might be bone-idleness with the small cans and frequency of nipping to the fridge. It’s all I drink in boozers mind.
Been drinking a bit more cider of late. Pretty spoiled round Dorset, Devon and Somerset for such things. Mates of mine have their own press and its rocket fuel in the sun. Two pints of their scrumpy and youve lost the day.
Millsy Weston’s Vintage is fantastic - I actually wish it wasn’t as strong as it is as you can only really have a couple and then get onto the wine - any more than that and you end up embarrassing yourself with some massive argument you can’t remember the next morning and waking up in an empty bed.
Millsy Hecks Farmhouse Cider has been blinding the west country locals for decades. Used to come in a petrol can…
Millsy, any chance you can tell us once more just how lucky you are living on the South Coast?
Cheers!
Smallman1 I’m nothing if not predictable, Eddie.
Along_the_Wire lol
Along_the_Wire completely agree with Westons. especially at home with the wife. glad i am not the only one
Along_the_Wire Fuck me. Had half a westons and well on the way whilst doing the bbq.
Only has 2 crumpets all day as been mental busy, prob not the best combo.
Hoping the Tandoori Chicken takes the edge off 🤞
Scrumpy is the Meth of alcoholic beverages imo
ScottBailey it still does kind of. Basically the same sort of bottle you would keep heavy duty cleaning liquids in. Same alcohol content as floor cleaner so you’re gravy either way.
Millsy results in good business for the local opticians and dentists.
