Selby can dry them as far as I’m concerned. I’d argue it’s disrespectful to be dragging frames out when he needs snookers and has no chance of getting them, just to disrupt his opponents flow. He tried bogging Ronnie down in his safety game and Ronnie wasn’t having it.

He was really unlucky with the blue and red that went in at the same time and stopped him winning a fifth in a row too.

Interesting session. Ronnie looked to be taking him to the cleaners in the first frame and then just gradually got worse and worse.

Liked Wilson’s mindset of just going for the harder shots even when so far behind.

Dubman I’m not so sure, you just can’t tell which Ronnie is going to turn up. If he wanted to, he’d walk a couple more, but it’s whether he can be bothered - he hates the 17 day slog.
