Can’t say I’ve been to Dawat, but when I used to play 5-a-side down in New Malden (England’s answer to the left wing here ftr), the lads used to occasionally go into Mirch Masala over the road. I can report that place is bang average.

Smallman1 I’ve never gone there and it’s empty! Last time was about 3 months ago on a Thurs and we fucked off to Needoo Grill as it was carnage at Tayabs, Shame as Needoo was very average ( and I used to go to Needoo about 10 years ago on a weekly basis and it was always too notch grub)

Lunch at Rick Stein’s in Sandbanks at the weekend. Had a lovely turbot washed down with a double nawty vinho verde. Surrounded by wealthy pensioners but a wonderful view of the bay nonetheless. A solid 7.5/10
