Did a pub crawl from Hackney Wick to Exmouth market and then to Liverpool st yesterday, but had food at 2 great places

The bbq place was superb, great balance of decent bbq meat with freshness of pickled cucumbers and slaw. Will def go back there.
Gerry’s subs were fairly decent, prob nowhere near as good as what you get in the US, but the buffalo chicken and Philly cheesesteak were good. I discovered I hate root beer

It’s nowhere near as pungent as Jägermeister. Not that I ever really drink fizzy drinks/sodas, but I quite like the taste of root beer but find Jäger rancid.
