Smallman1 tonight was fantastic, never eaten at Hill & Szrok before. It’s a butchers by day and restaurant at night. They incorporated the quality meat from there - smoked lamb, sirloin on the bone and pork shoulder to complement Cambodian flavours. The scallops were also a highlight.
