Millsy Had a nice rack of lamb at the Libertine at the Royal Exchange next to the BOE yesterday. Cheeky bottle of rouge to wash it all down. Vibing place due to all the city cunts shouting at each other about their holidays, and the staff are great. Got served by Flares Mrs. Proper buxom Rustie Lee type, full of beans, laughed like a drain at nothing in particular. All in all, decent. 7/10
