hugopal Along_the_Wire nowhere, Essex is largely shit Yes I’m aware it’s largely shit, but “the Hakkasan of Essex” would still have to be somewhere in Essex. “The finest Chinese chefs in the land” couldn’t create “the Hakkasan of Essex” in Devon, for instance.
Christian This evening I shall be dining in back in time in Chelmsford. Not been there for at least 30 years and according to the web site, it looks exactly the same. Can’t imagine the menu has changed either
