Owned by some dude that won Professional Masterchef about 10 years ago. Not always a fan of tasting menus, but was done brilliantly. Very well paced, outstanding cookery. Not trying to be unique, or have some wacky spin on things - just quality ingredients, cooked perfectly. Very cool wine list.
