Booked in to ‘La Peau de Vache’ on the face de bellvarde for a late lunch on Tuesday. 3.5 hours of priavte ski lessons / touring and then a bang tidy lunch. Just got to stay out of the daily mail as it’s conference season and they love a good story.

Also taking a couple of naughty bottles of pinot noir on the eurostar all the way down there tomorrow. No LOUNGE access which is appalling but ho hum

Not a restaurant, but had one of these earlier. The crispy pancetta in it was superb. Am still stuffed 2.5 hours later
