benson I’ve not been to any of them, but it’s still possible to read the Michelin write-ups, look at the menus, and scan Google reviews to form an impression and see which most closely matches what you’re looking for.
From my own browsing, Don Angie, Carbone and Ai Fiori appear the most Italian and highly regarded of the above if you only wish to research a few in more detail.
In addition, do you require someone to spoon the food in to your mouth when you’re at the restaurant as well? 😉
