Powel has covered a whole range of house music over the last 5 years. Saying his mixes all sound the same is lazy. Some of his mixes are almost lounge listening, I’ve heard him play really dubby tech house, and his latest mix posted in the Mixes thread is great poolside house music. I still listen to his Balance mix too which was superb and you’ll find mixes of his online that cover everything in between. He’s defo a cut above the usual ADID djs, he’s my fave for the very reason that he isn’t samey.
