Mad_Cyril sigh
You’re just acting dense and being a bore in making me have to spell it out for you:
Zackster first said “We millenials need to protect our Gen X and Boomer (Grant and Dermo) JC members. ”
I replied “speak for yourself” - because even though I’m a millennial, I didnt wish to be included with the “we need to protect” those other members from covid part of zackster’s comment.
Zackster then quipped “Reasonable chance Hugo was born after 9/11 and has purple highlights.” - i.e. he was acting that the part of his comment I was therefore objecting to was the assumption I was a millennial (not the part about protecting) , so he joked I therefore must be Gen Z (which are people born more recently and includes the stereotype of having purple hair).
My final comment was just re-emphasising that my objection to zackster’s first comment was not with me also being a millennial, but with the protecting part of his comment. By my agreeing with being a millennial, it automatically indicates that I am therefore not a Gen Z with purple hair.
Your interjection therefore made no sense, because being born after 9/11 and having purple highlights were both signifiers of being Gen Z, which by my previously stated virtue of being a millennial I am not.
