If you see the contract that South Africa signed with Pfizer (I’d assume terms were the same all over the world), you’d really consider whether Pfizer had any faith in their vaccine, it’s safety or efficacy in the first place.

I think Covid is the bad thing. My lungs are fucked - been to see a consultant again (today) about a recurring chest infection after my asthma diagnosis - on the X-ray, there’s scarring and shadows on my lungs - most likely nothing sinister, but my lungs are a mess - blood oxygen sits around 95% and blood pressure all over the shop.

Sorry to hear that, Granto. I also agree COVID was and is a bad thing.

What I take issue with is the lack of debate around the vaccines, their safety and efficacy.

The charade of an inquiry going on in the UK at the moment is nothing more than a box ticking exercise. When Gove mentioned the possibility that the virus came out of a lab in Wuhan (which it 100% fucking-well did), he was told this was a “hugely devisive issue and not within the terms of reference of the inquiry”.

If we’re not prepared to actually look at where and how this fucking virus cane to be in the first fucking place, how can we hold an inquiry?

For the record I 100% resent my previous stance on COVID, vaccines, restrictions etc. I feel completely duped and fucked over by the powers that be, whom I naively trusted wholeheartedly at the time.

alistair No it wasn’t, it was spreading like wildfire in schools and no-one was sure what to do. Hospitals were full, and there was a tremendous strain on the NHS. It’s a piece of piss to come out with crap like ‘unforgivable’ now, isn’t it?
