Insane that pfizer is the one causing all the trouble now, it was the primo shot during the COVID hey days. The amount of schadenfreude I had to endure from NRI buddies, who loved rubbing their pfizer shots in my face when India was in trouble in 2021. Some were going in for their 5th one in 2022.
Millsy your Mrs has done a good job then
rhouses In a nutshell from the recent posts in this thread - Pfizer was shady and AZ was legitimate, i hope? Folks are facing long-terms effects of the vaccine now?
Who knows. What I find off is that the level of excess deaths seem to be up everywhere, but nobody seems to want to acknowledge it, let alone investigate what is causing it all.
Old-Dutch I’d have thought this was a result of the disease versus the vaccines. The vaccines did bring the death count down significantly in 2022-23. Could have been pretty brutal without them when that 3rd variant was doing the rounds and everyone got the sniffles.
Along_the_Wire Sounds excellent. Have a great weekend
Hursty even more alarming when you think back to how parents and kids were being strong armed into taking this shit. I look forward the civil suits
alistair LOL at strong-armed, you poor rubber-armed bugger. You have no idea how chaotic schools were after the first lockdown
The fact remains, people under 60 should have been spared the super high risk vaccines
Over that age the risk / benefit starts to make sense
I still cannot fathom how it was ever even suggested for kids, that is a crime
Hursty I’m under 60 and had 3 vaccinations in total, I’m glad I did
Getting my booster shot next week!
Smallman1 are you in the at risk category?
An acute asthma sufferr.
Thankfully a good looking one!
RichM Stunned by that revelation. Had you down as a sexagenarian.
alistair I liked the sound of that until I looked up what it actually meant 😂
alistair LOL at Captain Telegraph over here.
I’ve had three, and would like to get a booster. Unless you’re old or in a risk-group you can’t get one here even with money. It’s been 17 months since my last one.
Homegrove . Unless you’re old or in a risk-group you can’t get one here even with money. It’s been 17 months since my last one.
Probably a very good reason for this. The risk reward benefit isn’t worth it
Homegrove Didn’t you get COVID? That’s the best booster to have.
RichM LOL
Old-Dutch that’s what Novax calculated from the outset
Weren’t they doing antibody tests, surely one of those would make sense before committing to another vaccine shot?
rhouses especially if you’re clinically obese
rhouses
If it was a result of the disease you’d expect it to be more respiratory led as opposed to cardiac. To my mind at least.
If it could be pinned on the disease itself, I’m fairly sure it would have been done by now.
Failing to even acknowledge the excess deaths happening in the first place is suspicious in itself.
rhouses I’d have thought this was a result of the disease versus the vaccines
That’s because you’d be correct. The cardiac impacts from infection have been well-documented and absolutely dwarf any complications from the vaccines.
Nothing wrong with investigating the data and questioning motives, but the data is clear thus far. I just don’t have the energy for this anymore.
