The COVID-19 Blues

Third time positive. Just a mild headache, and some soreness in the throat. Absolutely wouldn’t have tested had the wife not been obviously ill, and tested positive. Hope she doesn’t get worse, and I stay at this level. Absolutely wouldn’t mind just watching movies the rest of the week, and reading.

I’ve walloped something that’s knackered me for about three days (2 negative COVID tests) loads of shitty bugs floating about at the moment. Dig out them blue rays!

Outbreak in my office in London . I feel ropey but just tested negative . Have a lads night out tomorrow night so hopefully 6 pints of Peroni will flush it out .

Seems like a new variant and wave hitting the UK currently

It seems I’m going to sail through the third one smoothly. Slightly stuffy nose, and a mild headache is all I’ve got on day two.

Old-Dutch Appreciate it dutch. He was young and it was all quite sudden, harder to accept because there were no real answers. There were stories just like this through 2021 & 2022.

Sorry for your loss. That is very very young . Was he fit before / no underlying conditions ? My Mrs now won’t have any boosters what with the stuff that’s come out like this .

IndustryStandard He was fitter than me that’s for sure. We suspected underlying conditions, but none that were detected before and nothing glaring in his history.
