The COVID-19 Blues
Homegrove In the year after I had covid, I got sick twice (basically the only two times I was out in a large crowd). I was rarely sick before and thankfully, I’ve got 15 months without picking up anything since. Felt like I was made of glass for a while, but that seems to have turned around for me.
I’m going to credit all the running I’ve been doing for keeping me healthy. There’s a thought that when your mitochondria are more efficient at producing energy and doing so at higher volumes, it makes it easier for your immune system to fight illness.

Was this shortly after lockdown? Everyones immune system was weakened after lockdown to be fair.
Noro Virus? It’s out here!
SM001 Got covid in Jan 2022, sick again in September and December. I had some shortness of breath and fatigue for about 4 months post covid too. I think it just took time for my immune system to recover.
Homegrove If you were already exposed to something, drinking will easily weaken your immune system enough to show symptoms that quickly. Especially when combined with a lack of sleep.
Had a couple too many shandies lads?
Get a fucking grip.
Lots of fancy words for what everyone else just calls the sniffles.
Norovirus = tummy ache
COVID-19/flu = the sniffles
Sake
Can’t be worse than the comedian after a two day session after eating numerous tablets and sniffing K.
Looking forward to picking up both after Bedrock next week
A sore ass and Covid?
