      I’ve got Robot Rose in a sweep, lovely start, can’t see him holding on though, long weekend etc.

      Golf tournaments during lock down have been boss, (edit) still bell ends shouting stuff, but not as many of them, which is delightful.

            Amps I’ve never watched as much golf as I have these last couple of months. Was nice not hearing a crowd shouting “get in the hole” at every fucking shot, but like most sports, having a crowd improves the game.

            Ive got Rose to win, but long way to go, so not got much hope

              jonattonyeah no but we have the inanities of Butch Harmon and his innnnneresting insights and many posh scottish folk who would definitely be allowed to join Muirfield. I find golfers difficult athletes to like - they seem so bland, so detached from reality. i’d love one to be very sweary and shout “you fucking cunt” when he misses a short putt and then hurls his putter into an adjacent field of wheat and spends the next 15 minutes stomping around muttering whilst making everyone else wait while he tried to find it. Not speaking from any personal experience like! 😃

                  Even though Augusta takes itself far too seriously, it is an absolutely magnificent spectacle.

                    jonattonyeah I get a mix on my feed, depends who they are stealing from, so I don’t know who I was listening to yesterday, but some notable nonsense moments:

                    I appreciate that it’s tricky to commentate on an opening round for twelve hours, but it needs to have some insight somewhere.
