Along_the_Wire lol. Nah. I currently rock the cactus and orange pants look.
The Gaming Thread
Had today off. The missus is away for three days and although work is horrendous, I can worry about that tomorrow. Hammered TLOU2 for about 4 hours or so.
Getting a bit bored of it, it’s pretty samey - I reckon it’ll change up, so persevering as I want to find out what the fuck is going on. There’s this stupid fucking bit in it an all, there are no spoilers here, but you’ll know exactly the bit I mean when you get there.

PGA Tour 2K21 has been keeping me busy. Graphics are a bit shoddy and it’s buggy as fuck, but the game play is good fun (especially with a bifta). Does need a couple of updates asap. It’s the only golf game on the switch, so I’ll take what I can get.
rhouses Just watched a review for the switch version, looks pretty good.
mono-stereo See myself playing a ton of this - even though there’s a lot to be ironed out. Might be better to wait a couple of months for the price to go down and for them tosend out some updates.
I wouldn’t mind another Tiger EA game again.

Mario Galaxy coming to the Switch at the end of the month, might pick that up, it’s one I enjoyed but never clocked.
Question for those who know more about the Switch than me… for games that are exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online, can I only play them whilst I have the online membership / subscription? Once I bail out of the subscription the games will vanish from my console? And do I need an internet connection to play or are they stored locally on the console?
Just pre ordered my PES 21 update, with my free Messi obviously
Mario All Stars - Lost Levels, can’t work out if they’re really difficult or I’m just rusty.
I’m going all in with Microsoft Flight Sim, sidestick, throttle, pedals, the lot. Might even stream it all and make some cash on the side.
I’ve been working my way through Days Gone. It lacks a little polish in places but it’s kept me interested and I’ve enjoyed it. I think I’m nearly at the end of the story and I’ve done about two thirds of the side missions, only killed 3 hoards though
TitianWarrior not the worst game I’ve ever played. Got a bit repetitive at times, but the open world was interesting/well done and the story was really really long, so you get your money’s worth.
You can really tell the difference between studios when you play a game such as RDR2 and then Days Gone. The former is a finely polished work of art, the latter is just a half-decent game that could have been even better if more time was spent on it
Playing the most recent Tomb Raider. Its really well done and returns to the puzzle elements of the original Tomb Raider really well. Recommended.
I’m on the Avengers game on PS4. Not that impressed TBH. Think I’m just more inclined towards open world stuff these days, and it feels horribly linear by comparison. Looks good, and the combat system is decent, but just not enjoying it all that much.
gcw I only paid £15 so definitely value for money!
