benson Work. Heading back to the hone of motorsport for some trackside work on Sunday. Then 2 weeks off. Heading to Cornwall on Monday. Just had july’s carribean trip cancelled so more beer tokens to splurge in the next fortnight. Feet up and watch the giro!

There’s a cracking restaurant called The Scarlet in Mawgan Porth if you’re over that way. Paul Ainsworth’s laid back place in Padstow (Rojano’s) is well worth a visit, and if you can get into Prawn on the Lawn (shit name, incredible food) you won’t be disappointed…
