Yeah I just don’t see it. You don’t have the assets. Morey, to my mind, is also too arrogant for a guy who’s never even been to a Finals. He just wants the big moves rather than building around the edges.
Think I said this at the time, but wish you all would’ve kept Seth and traded Simmons for complimentary pieces around Embiid. He’s that good. Look at my Dubs, they won with one superstar (Klay and Dray are not all star level players anymore) and defense. No reason Thybulle can’t be Gary Payton Jr.. Tobias can at least try to be Wiggins. Maxxy as their Poole. Instead Morey wanted Harden who is a flat out zero when he doesn’t have the ball and has disappeared in every big game. And now Morey wants to bring Eric Gordon and PJ Tucker in? What the hell is he doing. You need to get more athletic, not more ancient.
