Outer Range is turning into a strange TV show which doesn’t work.

Four episodes of Bosch Legacy just dropped on Prime. It’s a spin off for Bosch, somewhat different team behind it, cast for remaining characters stayed the same. This show will be based on the books when Bosch was already retired and took cases for his step brother Mickey Haller. But since The Lincoln Lawyer is on Netflix (upcoming) he’s switched to Money Chandler who in the show was not killed like in the books.

The main show stayed awesome for all 7 seasons, I hope this is the same.

Watched Slow Horses last night - took a while to get into it after watching the first couple of episodes a while ago - the humour was excruciating (I’m sure Hugo can relate), but it eases up as it gets into the weeds of the story. Thought it was excellent and glad There’s a second series. It’s no Tinker, Tailor, but worth a watch.

Just read the critics gave shit to We Own This City about the time jumps? I’ve never seen them done so smoothly. As long as you’re not on your phone you should have no trouble following the show.

Looking forward to finally getting through this. I keep falling asleep. But a combo of David Simon, Baltimore, and Jon Bernthal (one of the best going, IMO) is a can’t miss.
