Along_the_Wire as i get older and experience all the usual stuff us guys live with- kids, the job, stress etc - this show is an easy ‘leave your brain at the door’ 30 mins for me. There are some absolutely terrible episodes and it’s probably run it’s course, but there are still funny moments.

gcw we’re all troopers round here and as bad as things could ever get, we would never consider MBB an option.

Amandatown. Too good for just the missus. Very funny

mono-stereo it really is leagues above the competition right now.

I started rewatching Twin Peaks one episode a week late last year. Now entered the latter half of season 2, and Jesus Christ this is work. The last two episodes are bangers though.

    6 days later

Gangs of London, as mental and bloody as ever. Still compulsive viewing though.

Just started watching Gangs of London on a whim as it’s on netflix and I might as well try and get my money’s worth out of shitflix. Sounds like I’m in for a treat lol.

I watched the first two episodes last night. The acting is still atrocious and the special effects are woeful but somehow I still like it.

Homegrove Loving the new series. A majorly stressed Jason Isaacs on his wife’s lorazopram 😂

Homegrove Apparently rapidly written into the show, as he was visiting his othrer half on set. This monologue had us crying with laughter…

Gangs of London is now just a very violent soap opera with its weirdly stilted dialogue and bad actiing. Will still watch it all though. It will never top series 1 episode 5 which is just mental.
